Darlene R Cross
Darlene Cross brings a passion for building and development and a diverse real estate background including architectural drafting and design, custom homebuilding, and construction management. Darlene got her start during the building boom of the 80’s; and also worked for a custom homebuilder who handcrafted each finished product during the 90’s. She designed and managed the construction of our family residence, and has managed the renovations of each of our rental properties. Darlene manages property vision, design, and construction.
Robert J. Cross
Robert Cross brings business and finance background and 25 years’ consultative business experience. Rob oversees sales, financial, and contractual matters.
Darlene and Robert Cross have lived in Austin and Pflugerville for over 24 years. We’ve raised two great kids here and have been involved in many aspects of our community, including the school system, sports leagues, Boy Scouts, local government, and economic development issues. During this time, we have owned property both as homeowners and as investors. Our first home was a corporate owned property; we sold that property four years later to an investor in creative transaction that enabled us to build our dream home. We’ve owned several rental properties over the past ten years; we’ve completed numerous buy, sell, and lease investment transactions.
